Chelsea is trained in Narrative therapy. This allows people to not only find their voice but to use their voice for good, helping them to become experts in their own lives and to live in a way that reflects their goals and values. Chelsea is also trained in Somatic Therapy. Somatic therapists guide clients to focus on their underlying physical sensations of their thoughts. From there, the mind-body exercises may include breath work, meditation, visualization, grounding, and/or sensation awareness work.
